Tribute
to England
The ceremony promises
to be spectacular according to an article
in the Guardian, with the presence of the famous group Coldplay, who will
celebrate England taste for extravagant seasonal festivals. The show will make
the audience travel in the ancient and modern times where they will appreciate
England’s festivals celebrated during the spring, summer, autumn and winter
season.
Festival of flame
The Executive Director, Stephen Daldry said that the
ceremony will be a Festival of flame where people will be able to celebrate
together to honour the culture of festivals. The 4200 athletes who proudly participate
in the Paralympics Games 2012 will attend the ceremony with the ceremonies director
in the enclosed area of the racetrack.

Chris Martin, the leading
singer of the British alternative rock group Coldplay, will perform his
greatest hits at the closing ceremony of the Paralympics Games. The band’s
performance will be centred on their greatest hits that include Viva la Vida
and Yellow. Other well-known artists such as Jay-Z and Rihanna will join the
ceremony as special guests. The artists are going to make this closing ceremony
memorable for the athletes as well as for the spectators. Both Rihanna and
Jay-Z said that "It will be one of the biggest nights of our lives and
we're very excited to try to create a performance for the last night of the
Games that will close London 2012 in style."

Events of closing ceremony
Danyl Boyle welcomed the opening
ceremony with the representation of the Glastonbury Tor in the
Paralympics stadium. Kim Gavin the director of the closing ceremony will aim
big, by having a concert with visual effects and spectacular aerobatics.
Artists like Charles Hazlewood's Paraorchestra, Coldplay and cast
members above 1300 volunteers will participate in the closing ceremony. Kim Gavin said that unconventional artists will perform a
spectacular show with the contribution of Coldplay with a performance of 30
minutes on stage.

Goodbye Paralympics Games 2012
The
director Danyl Boyle is grateful to the organising committee which includes the
chairman, Lord Coe and the Chief executive, Paul Deighton for their
support towards the creative ideas of the directors with respect to the financial
and political aspects. Lord Coe said that Paralympics Games will say goodbye to extraordinary athletes, officials and
teams.
